This bar is perfect for so many exercises it's ridiculous I'm currently using this in my routine for curls, pronated curls, shoulder press overhead tricep extensions, skull crushers, front raises, rows and presses. I couldn't be happier with it. It has eliminated the wrist shoulder and albow pain i would have with a barbell.

Great bar and addition to my home weight room. The design of the bar makes it perfect for what I was looking for, especially for benching. Being able to have my grip turned in relieves pain and pressure in my arthritic shoulder. Highly recommend this bar.

This Kyoto curl bar is FAR better than the standard EZ curl bar. This Kyoto Olympic bar fits easily on an Olympic bench enabling you to do everything the standard Olympic straight bar can do in addition to great biceps and triceps exercises with no wrist discomfort….. I truly find myself looking forward to each workout when this bar is included in my workout. Well worth the money!!! 👍🏼

The Kyoto Bar is leaps and bounds better than my old bar, which I've had since high school. It has three hand positions instead of the one on my old bar has and being rack able means I don't have to work from the floor or carefully balance the ends of the bar on rack pins to change weight. The multiple hand positions make for a more comfortable curling experience too. It actually made curling enjoyable again. The Kyoto Bar is the best gear purchase I've made in a long time. Well worth the money.

The bar is a great stable in a minimalistic home gym. It's rackable, has really deep bends (which may not be for everyone - takes time to get used to it), and amazing knurling.
