This thing is great. I have an old-school chain version of a weighted belt and I thought the nylon rope style of this one was not going to be as strong. But with this version, the belt sitting higher ergonomically feels better than the old school chain belt. Also it doubles as a deadlift or squat belt as well which I've never used before but I tried it out it felt fine. But just having the option to use it that way was is awesome and minimizes the amount of items I have in my organizer. Overall another solid product from Kensui.

This weighted belt is impressive in terms of quality and durability. I primarily use it for weighted pullups, so I’m not loading it with extreme amounts of weight, and it has handled up to 70 pounds without any problems so far. The Velcro design makes it super easy to put on and adjust quickly. The hooks feel sturdy and well made, and I especially appreciate that it comes with a rope instead of a chain chains might look tough, but they’re bulky, heavy, and a pain to pack in my gym bag. The rope keeps everything lightweight and compact, which is a huge plus for portability.

More convenient than traditional metal chain belt, easier to use. Takes longer to put on and take off but it's more secure.

Absolutely love this weighted dip and chin-up belt. Super sturdy, high quality, and fits perfectly. Exactly what I needed — works great for heavy dips and pull-ups. Highly recommend.
