They are very comfortable and of high quality for working with gymnastics

It’s exactly what rings should be, however, I ordered two sets by mistake which you guys approved a return on since they one was never used or opened, yet over a week since I sent one set back, I haven’t heard a single thing about it. I would love an update on my return status.

Prior to buying these rings, I was using generic 32mm gymnastic rings for several years. I always liked them, no major issues.

After getting these, however, two pain points were solved.

First, the straps and buckle are substantially smaller, allowing for a much smaller footprint in a bag when traveling without any apparent sacrifice in quality.

Second, while I had enjoyed my 32mm rings, I found the 28mm setup significantly more comfortable for pulling exercises (pullups, rows) and all isolations (curls, extensions, flies). This isn't necessarily a game-changer, but this ergonomic improvement feels substantial. More notably, I suspect a slighter smaller grip will help reduce elbow strain on pullups that I chronically suffering, by reducing the grip component. I still like the 32mm grip for exercises like dips or push-ups, and now I don't have to choose one or have two separate pieces of equipment. Best of both worlds.

All in all, I really enjoy these rings and wish I had bought them sooner!

Rings are okay, the sanding was pretty rough where the diameter changes. Staps are terrible, one of them tore after just hanging it over a ceiling beam
