I use it for squats also for front presses and also I was doing like tbar rows with this. It’s basically a nine out of 10. The only thing I have against it is the handles would be a little more narrow would fit on my shoulders better when I squat,overall a great little addition to my home gym.

Just OK

I’ve supported Kensui for years, purchasing various bars and handles. I’ve enjoyed their unique designs. My complaint is with their slowboat, we have your money now no hurry methodical shipping. After my last order arriving in a shredded box and missing a part and having the replacement also shipped via blind turtle, I’ve had enough.
