Game changer for pull-days

Love these grips. They've definitely made pull-ups and any pulling exercises more enjoyable as even with the same exercise you can change the grips and change it up. Quality is great. Would be cool if next time they were more of a metal/stel but aside from that theyre great. I usually use them with my pullups but recently started attaching to cables for rows and they definitely feel better than the traditional D-handle. Highly recommend these or the single sets if you dont need them all, but I do feel anyone would benefit from all of them

....if you have issues with your wrists and elbow joints the V2's will definitely help ..that neutral grip is the spot on angle that will aid towards ... reducing the pain in those weak points while you are working towards strengthening them during training ..... definitely makes reps and sets go a lot easier where focus can be better directed towards good form and technique for better contraction which results in better gains 💪🏾💯...... I have used the Swissies V2 for rows, lat pulls and pull ups. They are light weight, sturdy and have knurling to help with grip. I do wish, however, that they had some rubber padding. Maybe they could offer it as an accessory that could be slid on. Overall, I like them.

Well built!

Does the job to adjust my grip on my wide pull up bar. Strong and solid design that I'm sure will last as long as I have the strength to use them. Just wish they were a bit cheaper.
