I like the nano bars and so far they're great to take with me places to help me knock out a few push-ups.

Super practical equipment

The nano-bars are hyper portable as advertised and work great for basic suspension trainer movements like rows and tricep extensions. They're not quite as stable as rings for fully suspended motions like dips and L-sits but the design feature where these rotate freely in one orientation and are stable in another makes them way better any other suspension trainer in that regard. It's easy enough to loop feet into for Bulgarian split squats and hamstring pulls too.
