Gonna wear out, not rust out

I just turned 69 last month & have been weightlifting for about 16 Months.
The weight bench & bars + plates were sitting unused in my basement from
my sons' high school years. With covid making a gym membership not an option, I researched & started my own program. I don't feel safe in doing squats in the traditional manner, so I straddle the bench & use my body weight to perform sets. Finding the EZ-VEST allows me to safely increase my squats & calf raises; my legs are already improving! A superior product that has delivered for me.

Nice!!

Very well made, just like the vest. I haven’t used the pads yet because the ones that come on the vest are wide enough. I got these just in case.

Extra wide Padding

Excellent fit and worth buying for the extra support when using Heavy Weight! I am using my vest hiking with 50 pounds or more great support!

I've had the vest now for a few months, still very happy! I mainly use it for weighted pullups, d...

As the title says, I am very happy with this vest! I also bought the extra 4" wide shoulder pads, which are even more comfortable, however honestly the vest is very comfortable on the shoulders with the standard pads even with up to 60 lbs on it. I think I'd recommend those for anyone who uses the vest for weighted running or other mobility workouts, not so much for bodybuilding/weightlifting. One issue I have, is poor shoulder range of motion, so I have trouble opening the velcro side straps. To fix this, I added some aftermarket 1/2" 2-sided velcro (like you use to tie up video cables, etc), and I put it between the vest straps, to allow me to grab it easily to start pulling them loose with easier reach. I think it would be great if the vest had a built-in pull-cord or something to get those straps started when taking it off, but I doubt this is a problem for younger users with good range of motion. Again, NOT a complaint, just a suggestion :-)
