I got the bundle and I've gotta say - this thing helps a lot with grip training and is fat better than fat gripz in terms of usage. The bundle helps saving money on shipping too because you'll want to jump sizes soon enough :)

Does a good job increasing bar thickness but moves thumb awkwardly outwards

Quality is good, however, when doing wide grip bench generally you can position the bar in a comfortable location with respect to thumb position, however, with the Popeyes, this forces your thumb to be extended in an uncomfortable position causing a bit of strain, which prevents you from going as heavy as you could to move the weight due to the dependency on the wrist and thumb.
