The 'Swiss Army Knife' Of Pull Up Handles

I first heard of 'Swissies' on a YouTube gym hack video were a man used them to help with seal rows. He used V1 and was very positive toward them. I found out these are sold on many sites and Kensui also sells direct on their site with bundles.

Once I found the V2 versions, I decided to get the S-P-N bundle and knew for sure the neutrals would get lots of use. I am very pleased with the function of all three handles and these have renewed by enjoyment of pull ups, as part of my workouts.

The paddles I bought are a style of handle I never tried before Kensui and they allow me to be explosive and to have longer hang time on negatives, to finish off. I have a 1.5'' fatter bar which I chin/pull on and the V2 fit great. The paddle is very unique in terms of its feel and I wish I had come across something of this sort a decade back (if those even existed then).

These are mighty devices. I am in my early 40s and am 6'5'' and 270lbs. The V2 handles hold my weight with no issues. I have gotten more explosive on my pulls, thanks to the three angle choices for hand alignment. A straight bar is great but the handles provide an exclusive grip and much needed variation of hand positioning, which goes far past when you can do with the classic straight bar.

I again might go back to muscle ups on the straight bar as these handles, which allow you to place them at any spacing, have already helped me find imbalances on my pulling and now I'm starting to regain even strength. It feels good and I credit this healing to having these special handles. I love doing hanging ab work on the neutral handles versus just the straight bar or even with ab straps.

I played around with rack pulls and rows using the different handles on a barbell and it is great to work from different hand positions and angles. I like the handles on (75lb to 125lb) kettlebells for single arm rowing as well. To row with the handles off and then put them on and then take them off is a great pump. Again, these plastic handles can withstand working with useful weight amounts.

I have yet to really try these on bands and cable machines but already I find there is so much subtle yet effective ways to change up standard exercises, pull based ones, using the V2 set.

If you want a more varied pulling workout routine, get the S-P-N bundle. I think I'll have these for a decade or more with zero issues and I already am in love with how many added options I have for my pulling exercises. FIVE STARS and then some. Great price and a fun and well made product.

Game changing exercise tool. I use all three all the time. Would highly recommend getting the bundle and not just one of these.

The best bang for your buck

You cannot beat the versatility you get for $100. Being able to attach these to straight bars and cables really expands the use you get out of the handles. Highly recommend the SPN Bundle!
