Swissies V2 - Joint Savers!

As a 53-year-old calisthenics practitioner the Swissies V2 have been a real saver for my shoulder and elbow joints.
I previously used rings, but setting them up was often time-consuming. The Swissies V2 are much more convenient; you just hook them up, and that’s it.
The fit is perfect on my 1.5-inch diameter pull-up bar, and the handles are rigid and sturdy. They have become a valuable piece of my equipment.

Game changer for pull-days

Love these grips. They've definitely made pull-ups and any pulling exercises more enjoyable as even with the same exercise you can change the grips and change it up. Quality is great. Would be cool if next time they were more of a metal/stel but aside from that theyre great. I usually use them with my pullups but recently started attaching to cables for rows and they definitely feel better than the traditional D-handle. Highly recommend these or the single sets if you dont need them all, but I do feel anyone would benefit from all of them

....if you have issues with your wrists and elbow joints the V2's will definitely help ..that neutral grip is the spot on angle that will aid towards ... reducing the pain in those weak points while you are working towards strengthening them during training ..... definitely makes reps and sets go a lot easier where focus can be better directed towards good form and technique for better contraction which results in better gains 💪🏾💯......
