The handles are decent.
Pros: They fit snug on the pull-up bar that I’m using and that gives them a solid feel. The extra rubber half ring helps keep them snug.
Cons:
-The knurling isn’t adequate, I decided to go with silicone grip tape, which helps tremendously.
- The space between handle and the top hook is very small. I scrape my knuckles every time I grip them. This makes using addition wrist/grip support not an option, which is a disadvantage when I want to use the weight vest. I took a photo and have included it.
- the length of the handle itself is almost too short, another inch would be a huge help.
So, overall, it’s just decent. I’ll continue using them but I came close to buying a different set.

Normal pull-ups hurt my elbows (and even the normal Swissies). Something about the V2 Max shape works for me- I can finally do pull-ups again! I girth hitched some cord around my bar and hooked the grips through the loops so they can rotate freely.
You have sent me one pair instead of three! Please send the additional two!
All the group I ordered from KenSui it finally came using it, I don’t get any more worst pain when I’m doing my pull up 100% recommended it help your work out to improve more repetition
