I had trouble with one of the sleeve nuts on my EZ Vest. I called customer support, they were eager to help, and for the safety of the situation. They immediately shipped me the replacement parts. I highly recommend them not only for their excellent products, and they’re awesome customer support as well. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would definitely.
