So glad I found Kensui. I have been able to increase both squats & single calf raises to the betterment of my leg routine.
Though my vest is new, the weight set w/bench are not. Those weights have the more common 1" hole for the bars; I have now expanded my plates to include the larger size. Those plates pack the same weight in a slimmer format; I think I'll be able to continue increasing weight without so much bulk.
They are perfect (for now)!
