Thought l did not need lt.

I was doing neck curls with just a plate and did not think that I needed EZ Neck. There was something about the design that interested me. I purchased one and I really like it. The handles are the key to more comfortable reps. Glad I purchased it.

Solves a lot of neck training problems. Fumbling around with multiple plates is no longer a problem. Progressive overload made easy. Can’t recommend this product enough.

Pretty good, needs some improvements ahead of the next version

Pros: more surface area in contact with your head which gives you much more control and is more comfortable relative to just a towel and plate. This is especially true for side neck curls.

Progressive overload with fractional/change plates is now a convenient option.

Cons: This thing is way to small, needs to be about double the size with the handles spaced further apart about the distance of a normal olympic plates.

As mentioned in other reviews switching between the plate adaptors it very difficult.

Would recommend but note you may not be able to grab the handles with your full hand given their size.
