The 360 grips are awesome ..... the adjustable strap/buckle once set .... helps hold the desired weight/body weight very well and locks in place tightly ..... Further more the smooth wooden handles are very grip effective they feel very comfortable..in my hands ...overall Fantastic quality 💥💯🔥 .sets and reps are executed with ease and comfort ....also very portable friendly ....and a great addition to my home gym .another super nice way for me personally to maximize my chin up's and pull up's ...love it ....once again super thanks ....Kensui....💯💥💯
I've used the 360 grips a few times now and I can't say enough good things! I love the ability to rotate throughout the pulling movement. Attempting to NOT rotate is also a fun, unique challenge with these grips. The handle is smooth and comfortable and these are super easy to set up. My 4- and 7-year olds love them too. Notice all the other Kensui grips in the photo :) Highly recommend!
The 360 Grips are a great piece of equipment that I immediately started implementing into my routine.
Here’s my review based on personal experience:
I’ve found the Kensui Grips to be excellent for enhancing my strength training sessions. Their quality and design are outstanding—they’re made from durable materials that handle wear and tear well, even during high-intensity exercises. The grips attach securely to pulldown handles, offering a comfortable and firm hold that supports my wrists effectively. I primarily use them for pulldown exercises, and they’ve allowed me to target muscle groups with greater focus and improved control.
In addition to their performance, Kensui Grips are a great value. They provide substantial benefits without a high price tag, making them an ideal choice for anyone serious about strength training. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Kensui Grips and would highly recommend them to other fitness enthusiasts.
I recommend increasing the dimensions little bit to confortably accomodate bigger hands
