Looks terrible, quality control issue

Looks like these things are hit or miss, my last set looks incredible, while this latest set looks absolutely horrific. Look they're stained and covered in dust or something, and I've tried different washes and microfiber wipes to clean them but these nasty stains won't come off. They're permenantly stuck there. Quality control needs to get upped especially when they cost so much, it isn't that hard to take a quick glance at the plates and determine how they look. The whole reason people are buying these plates specifically is because how they look! If they're stained and terrible looking what's the point!?! Such a shame!!!
