Most "adjustable" belts require you to pick a size—small, medium, large. Not the Duo-Belt. The heavy-duty velcro system adjusts from 26" to 40" waist, fitting over 95% of athletes instantly.
No gaps, no slipping, no compromise. The padding was engineered with zero-gap technology, ensuring the belt sits flush against your body for maximum support and comfort.
💡 Perfect for families, training partners, or athletes who prefer different fits for different exercises
The removable carabiner system isn't just convenient—it's engineered for performance. Auto-locking mechanisms ensure your weights stay secure, while smooth, rounded edges protect both your skin and equipment from wear.
Load plates in seconds between sets. No fumbling with chains or struggling with awkward attachments. Just click, lift, dominate.
💪 Works with standard weight plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance bands
We opted for 10mm climbing rope instead of heavy metal chain or perishable webbing. Why? Because it achieves the best of both worlds—lightweight yet durable, quiet yet strong.
Metal chains are loud, heavy, and damage equipment. Webbing frays and fails. Climbing rope rated for 500lbs? That's the perfect middle ground.
🎯 Tested to 500lbs without failure. Quieter than chain. Lighter than metal. Stronger than webbing.
One belt. Dozens of exercises. Zero compromise.
Most lifting belts create a dangerous gap between the padding—compromising your support and safety. We engineered the solution.
Visible gap between padding allows the belt to shift during heavy lifts, reducing support and creating pressure points.

Zero-gap engineering means continuous, uniform support around your entire core. Maximum stability, safety, and lifting performance.

This belt was carefully designed to be one size fits almost all. With the adjustable velcro strap it fits all waist sizes from 26-40.

The belt is mainly designed for muscle ups, pull-ups, and dips. However if you get creative you can also use it for pushups and squats. However the vest is better for these movements.
They are two very different equipment even though they both add weight to the body. The dip belt is ideal for pullups and dips, but the vest is better for all other exercises such as the squat, lunge, pushup, pike press, inverted row.
Furthermore, because the weight is distributed differently, doing a pullup will feel different with a vest and belt. This is very similar to the difference between a front and back squat.
Therefore, for optimal results we recommend you get both.
