I've been lifting for over 25 yrs and I have alwys haded using the slide in dumbells cause if you didn't have enough weight the bar would get in the way or hit you some how and these handles are the closest things to using regular fixed dumbells and a way lot cheaper. Thats why I got both pairs but which I would have gotten just the extensions to gonwith it than the bigger handles butbits all gd ill use both n all will be gd so I give it a 10 on the handles.
Thankfully package arrived in a timely manner and there was no need to make any kind of claim.I've never had any shipment problems with Kensui.
