Neck harness seems to give a better workout.

This tool looks good for light weights, but with heavy weights could be problematic.

Great Product!

I recently bought the EZ-NECK and I must say it is wonderfully simple, yet incredibly useful! I’ve got other pieces of neck exercise equipment but this is the one I use the most. It has a thick piece of foam that keeps your head comfortable and safe. With a little creative thinking it can be used for other exercises, too. I definitely recommend it!

Really great product from a great company. Works great for training the neck and super easy to adjust.
Mine came with a permanent indent on the foam padding from the loading sleeve, it still works obviously but after contacting Kensui about it they already sent me a new pad free of charge after 2 days.
