At first I was a little hesitant on getting this bar but after seeing the different exercises that can be done with it ..like the neutral grip dead lift💥 shrugs💥bar hammer curl💥 farmers walk💥 neutral grip shoulder press💥bent over back row💥nice and deep stretch on the basic bench chest press💥front squats💥 and much more .....I knew with all those possibilities I had to have this unique design of a barbell 👍🏾👍🏾.....the grip points and knurling on the bar are perfect....a beautiful chrome finish..the 45lb bar is well balanced....the overall quality is very good as to be expected from Kensui ....as per my personal experience 💯💥👍🏾👍🏾.I am totally super happy to have this bar as my new addition to my ever growing home gym ....I now can say all three bars that Kensui has available on there site I own .....the Tokyo trap bar💥 Kyoto curl bar💥Osaka Olympic bar💥and they are all very awesome and super great quality...... Kyoto Rackable Curl Bar

Great bar and addition to my home weight room. The design of the bar makes it perfect for what I was looking for, especially for benching. Being able to have my grip turned in relieves pain and pressure in my arthritic shoulder. Highly recommend this bar.

Kyoto curl bar

This Kyoto curl bar is FAR better than the standard EZ curl bar. This Kyoto Olympic bar fits easily on an Olympic bench enabling you to do everything the standard Olympic straight bar can do in addition to great biceps and triceps exercises with no wrist discomfort….. I truly find myself looking forward to each workout when this bar is included in my workout. Well worth the money!!! 👍🏼
