These handles have been a game changer. They feel like a set of regular dumbbells. It has been so much more convenient not having the ends of the interchangeable handles hanging out the ends getting stuck to your clothing during reps. I’ve been so pleased with them that I just ordered another set of the adaptabell Max handles.
