The both pieces of velcro came loose from the device before i even used it, not off to a good start, where is the QA? otherwise it does what its supposed to do

Feel great for my neck!

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the pads on the front and the back popped off before I worked out with it. Given how much the tool cost I’d expect it to hold up for way longer. But a little hockey tape fixed the problem, so no big deal.
