Normal pull-ups hurt my elbows (and even the normal Swissies). Something about the V2 Max shape works for me- I can finally do pull-ups again! I girth hitched some cord around my bar and hooked the grips through the loops so they can rotate freely.

So I'm very late in posting this review but for over a month I have been regularly using the vest following a 5x5 strength program utilising the basic calisthenics movements on top of a weighted walking / running routine. So... To summarise: My core strength is through the roof; my posture and stability have both improved tenfold; my fitness has improved dramatically and in just over 5 weeks I'm actually leaner whilst gaining strength!!! I cannot recommend this product more highly!!! There is no other out there than can accommodate comfort and progressive overload the way the EZ vest does. The clickfast mechanism makes adjusting the vest so much simpler than the previous velcro system - not to mention it's much more comfortable. Given I now have two EZ vests my wife and I have both been reaping the benefits of moving under added resistance which is fundamental for both our jobs in the emergency services! I could honestly rave about this product all day! Absolutely fantastic. On top of that the customer service and delivery times have been outstanding. My thanks to you Kensuii Fitness!! My passion for strength and fitness has never been better!!
Product is exactly as advertised. Why buy multiple fixed when you can simply adjust EZ-MACE. Also had great customer service on my order.
Thes are the best dumbbells I have tried for home gym there on the thicker side from regular dumbbells but they do have a premium feel from competitors
The upgrade compared to the 1st is an upgrade on an already great quality and very durable piece of equipment the bottom half has been cotted with from what it looks and feels like rubber for added protection and adds to the longevity of the mace ......I truly am very happy with it... no complaints...... another home run and a great new addition to my ever growing home gym ..... The EZ-mace and the EZ-clubs are a fantastic combo for a great overall workout ....thanks always Kensui.....🔥💯🏆💯🔥
I have yet to receive my order. It is approaching three months. How much longer will I have to wait. My plan was to get in shape this summer, now I'll have to wait till next summer. At first I was a little hesitant on getting this bar but after seeing the different exercises that can be done with it ..like the neutral grip dead lift💥 shrugs💥bar hammer curl💥 farmers walk💥 neutral grip shoulder press💥bent over back row💥nice and deep stretch on the basic bench chest press💥front squats💥 and much more .....I knew with all those possibilities I had to have this unique design of a barbell 👍🏾👍🏾.....the grip points and knurling on the bar are perfect....a beautiful chrome finish..the 45lb bar is well balanced....the overall quality is very good as to be expected from Kensui ....as per my personal experience 💯💥👍🏾👍🏾.I am totally super happy to have this bar as my new addition to my ever growing home gym ....I now can say all three bars that Kensui has available on there site I own .....the Tokyo trap bar💥 Kyoto curl bar💥Osaka Olympic bar💥and they are all very awesome and super great quality...... I like it, construction seems solid but it arrived with the rubbers on one of the swisses off. I had to use some gorilla glue to secure them in place.
The V2's are fantastic 💪🏾💯... solid....durable and very portable friendly......you can never go wrong with multiple choices on grip angles for pull up's and chin up's which Kensui's

....if you have issues with your wrists and elbow joints the V2's will definitely help ..that neutral grip is the spot on angle that will aid towards ... reducing the pain in those weak points while you are working towards strengthening them during training ..... definitely makes reps and sets go a lot easier where focus can be better directed towards good form and technique for better contraction which results in better gains 💪🏾💯...... The 360 grips are awesome ..... the adjustable strap/buckle once set .... helps hold the desired weight/body weight very well and locks in place tightly ..... I ordered these for my Smith Machine, since I bought a smith that does not have pull up handles I had to adapt and these did the job. I just put the on my barbell. Thank you!
I’ve been using quick change adjustable dumbbells for years, like the 80lb Nuobells, and needed a supplemental set of adjustable dumbells that could go heavier for some movements. I was willing to sacrifice adjustment speed for a heavier set that could go as heavy as I'll ever be able to lift in my life.
Since these aren’t quick adjustable, they are considerably more sturdy. I also love that the grip diameter is thicker. It’s extremely comfortable for pressing movements. The knurling on the grips is also perfect.
I have also decided to buy 10 pound chrome plates from Kensui, and I’m really liking the look. I have enough plates to go up to 110 pounds per dumbbell. If I ever outgrow that weight I can buy more 10 pounders to get up to 140 pounds while maintaining the clean "all 10 pound plates" look. With the somewhat larger diameter of the 10 pound plates, combined with the chrome, they begin to resemble the iconic Golds Gym 330 pound dumbells as you go up in weight. Obviously they’re nowhere near as big as them, but it’s a great vibe to feel when you’re getting ready for your top set.
Purchased to use with myself and my clients. Quality feels great. Clients enjoy using them for chin ups. Would purchase again.
The Ascent (which is totally awesome and very effective in all the ways it's advertised for ) has add on's which are called the boosters which take the effectiveness of the Ascent to a whole new level the options of the different angles/degree settings definitely hits well during those reps and sets .(Another way to look at it would be difficulty settings thru angle preferences)...the quality is really great the pressure fit interlocking design when attached is well done once in place no looseness at all .... I’ve been looking for a plate-loaded club, but metal ones a very expensive. This is much more affordable.
The wood handle is surprisingly nice to work with. I find I don’t need chalk, even on days I do need it with kettlebells.
Compared to a standard club, the center of mass is much further from the hands. This makes the club have a nice backswing on the 360/shield-cast, more like a mace. It also makes pullovers rather harder, both in getting them started and catching them.
Given the length, I’m not sure I could use a 10 lbs plate without hitting my back. Even the 5 lbs is wider than a standard club, and required a change in technique.
A great new addition to my home gym ... Really great overall quality no complaints......locks in place to desired placement and setting.
(No looseness at all)...the knurling for grip/none slip surface works out really well ....I grabbed up the entire set

I like the Swissies-SP for my chin ups but I have to mention that the rubber buffers are easily moving out of their position (see both pictures - in one the rubber is moved out and in the other photo it is moved back into position) - I guess a result of the last repeats of the set, if the execution of the chin up is less stable and more dynamic. It’s possible to bring the buffers back in the right position but it would be nicer if they keep the position better.
Overall very durable ,great quality....easy to carry around ..... Fantastic simple design no complaints at all .....if you haven't tried it ....give it a go ....you won't be sorry..a really great investment ....taking my chin up's and pull up's to the next levels ....thank you kensui 100/100
spectacular finish to these beautiful weights. Very thin yet perfectly weighted. Uses up way less space on the rack and when on the bar are things of beauty!
