Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Section 1 - Enrollment in the Affiliate Program:

1.1. To become an affiliate, you must apply through our designated affiliate registration process.

1.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

1.3. If approved, you will receive a unique affiliate ID and access to our affiliate dashboard.

Section 2 - Affiliate Responsibilities:

2.1. You agree to promote Kensui's products/services in a lawful and ethical manner.

2.2. You are responsible for ensuring that your affiliate links are properly formatted and functioning.

2.3. You must not engage in any misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.

2.4. You must disclose your affiliate relationship with Kensui when promoting our products/services.

Section 3 - Commission and Payment:

3.1. You will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made by customers who click on your affiliate links.

3.2. The commission rate and structure will be outlined in the affiliate dashboard.

3.3. Commission payments will be made on a regular schedule as determined by Kensui.

3.4. Payments will be made via the method specified in your affiliate account.

Section 4 - Prohibited Activities:

4.1. You must not engage in any activity that may harm our brand reputation or violate any applicable laws.

4.2. You must not use Kensui's trademarks, logos, or intellectual property without prior written permission.

4.3. You must not bid on or use our trademarked terms or variations as keywords in paid search campaigns.

4.4. You must not engage in any form of spamming or unsolicited email marketing.

Section 5 - Termination:

5.1. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time without cause by providing written notice.

5.2. If you violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement, we reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account immediately.

Section 6 - Modification of Terms:

6.1. Kensui reserves the right to modify or update these terms of service at any time without prior notice.

6.2. It is your responsibility to regularly review the terms of service and stay informed of any changes.

Section 7 - Limitation of Liability:

7.1. Kensui shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program.

7.2. Kensui's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total commission paid or payable to you.

Section 8 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

8.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming.

8.2. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
