Working great using for shoulders and legs and back suggest buying car jack at auto parts store for holding weight off floor

This is better than expected! Only downside for me is it took over 6 months to receive it, I almost forgot about it. Quality is great and the adjustable height makes it versatile. Would definitely recommend especially for the price.

Its perfect, been able to to my routine

I use it for squats also for front presses and also I was doing like tbar rows with this. It’s basically a nine out of 10. The only thing I have against it is the handles would be a little more narrow would fit on my shoulders better when I squat,overall a great little addition to my home gym.
